Advanced Control
Our supporting device is our EcoAI-ACC, AirConditionerController to provide higher level of insight, user control and admin oversight. this allows the user to access control of the unit while the admin can restrict AC temperature minimums and maximums ensuring the equipment is not over stressed.
Efficiency Boost
Using the Admin panel, restriction on temperature ranges can be set to maximize energy efficiency. EcoAI provides additional solutions via the admin panel and our intelligent AI which sets geofencing for the user. This protection ensures the equipment cannot be left on while the tenant or guest is away from the property.
Realtime Monitoring
Monitoring energy consumption in real-time ensures our AI can compare real-time use of the equipment to the manufactures specifications allowing for optimization of the equipment, send alerts for potential energy wastage or equipment malfunctions and flag maintenance needs.
In addition, this data can be used to bill for energy use during the precise occupancy period.

This data is analysed by our AI to ensure energy is matching the manufactures specifications. Now you can see the energy the equipment is using and know if it meets the standards or if maintenance is needed.

EcoAI user interface is designed to meet the needs of your guests and provide access to control the AC devices. This application ensures accurate control as well as geofencing ensuring the AC is not used when the guests are not on the property.
The admin panel also allows use parameters to be set which restricts the temperature high and low range ensuring the equipment is not over stressed.
